To seek possible emergency safety... yes! as follows.... 
If at all possible at least 100 - 150 miles inland away from coastal areas... if this can not be done... highest flat land (plains) area possible... away from wooded areas... avoiding fires.... see... article below about SHELTER protection and storage....   
Keep you and yours AT HIGH PLAIN levels seek (3,000 feet above sea level if possible) meaning up and away from off the lower flood plains areas... some areas will change time and again... be MOBIL... surviving means being able to move quickly from one place to the next... 
Learn to stay fit... not necessarily strong... but fit... Learn to read the weather around you without a newspaper or radio... You and yours lives ..even now depend on your present wisdom... Strengthen your instincts and senses paying attention to clouds and breezes... and never let anger ride shotgun in any decision making time...

Were I to know the safest place
in the World to relocate...
And, shared OPENLY or
in PRIVATE... and the INFO
were Published in error or by individuals
who really didn't care... and the UN-PREPARED
got this information... then the INNOCENT
would be in terrible Danger... from future
desperate... countless un-wanted visitors...
